Just came out and replaced and relocated a light fixture. They did great work and cleaned up afterward. The electrician helper was great. He was learning and was very kind and personable. He is an asset to the company and would be worth keeping and training.
Tech was right on time and knowledgeable regarding the problem. More extensive and time consuming work was needed than I anticipated. However, C and M Electric more than accommodated me and worked around my employees schedules. C and M Electric was more than happy to work after hours for me so that my employees wouldn't be inconvenienced. HUGE deal for me. Thank you so much! I absolutely recommend C and M and will use them again if needed.
Had a horrible experience with this contractor. We hired him to bring our newly purchased "old" home up to speed. Charles (owner) did not show up when promised on several occasions. For example, one time he promised to return at 8 am the next day after a 5 hour workday at our home but did not show up. We called him for three days with not even a return call. He left open electrical boxes, etc during the days he didn't show up. Also, he way over-charged us for material (by more than double) from his original quote and then would not furnish receipts for items purchased. We supplied almost all of the material such as plugs and switches. He bought breaker boxes and quoted 500-600 but charged 1000+. When we decided to hold off on additional work due to his overcharging (requesting he complete the work he started) he pulled his helper and left work only partially done and many open areas that were extremely dangerous such as an open switch inside a bedroom/bathroom shower area. We could not shower in that bathroom or even turn on the light until we had someone else fix it. He slept in his truck while his helper worked and even backed over his tool box scattering tools everywhere in my yard. He then drove off without even bothering to pick them up. His helper had to clean up his mess. There are many additional issues I had with them. These are to give an idea of what to expect if he is hired.
